She is the Managing Director of HACO Industries and serves as the Chairperson of the Kenya Association of Manufacturers (KAM) Women in Manufacturing Committee, where she champions greater participation, leadership, and competitiveness of women in the manufacturing sector.
Recognized for her contribution to industry and manufacturing leadership, Mary-Ann was named the Woman Industrialist of the Year 2025. Under her leadership, HACO Industries continues to advance innovation, sustainability, and inclusive value creation across Africa.
